studio policy

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please either call or whatsapp the studio on 0851428815. 

 

Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice, are more than 20 minutes late, or do not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost and will have to reschedule for a future date.

Children/Friends are not permitted in the Studio and cannot be left unattended.

Please arrange alternative care.
